Email template for account deletion
Belyfted account users can request for their account to be deleted. This is so that users who have already uninstalled our app will be able to request to delete their account without reinstalling the app.
The simple step is for user to send email to our support team help@belyfted.com. Below is how to write an email requesting to delete an account. You may copy and adapt the following text to suit your needs.
Subject: Request to delete account and data
Dear [Customer Service],
I am writing to request the deletion of my account and all associated data. The reason for this request is [insert reason].
For your reference, my account information is as follows:
User Name: [insert user name].
Email Address: [insert email address]
Account Number: [insert account number if applicable].
Please let me know if there is any additional information that is necessary for the processing of my request.
I would like to receive a message notifying me when this process has been completed.
